All sales are final on digital products.
All sales are final on wreath purchases with the exception of returns due to damage, defective product, or wrong item shipped. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. The items will be exchanged and/or a replacement sent. Shipping will not be charged for exchanged items as a result of damage, defective product or wrong item shipped.
If at any time there is a problem or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us to resolve the issue. We strive to make every customer happy and your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If, upon receipt of your product, you are unsatisfied please contact us and we will seek to replace your product with a similar product. In this instance, all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
